So I’m all about eye makeup…. like, ALL ABOUT eye makeup!!!! I decided that one of the things that I would like to do is to expand my lipstick range for 2010. Therefore, I’m on the lookout for the perfect red lip. Or at least something that is close to perfect! 🙂 I currently have only a few true reds and that’s M.A.C.’s Venetian Lipglass, Cult of Cherry Lipglass and 3D Lipglass in Algorithm which are all great but they are all lipglasses. So I’ll be checking out M.A.C., MUFE, NARS and any other brand that catches my eye. I’m NW 45 in M.A.C. so this should be interesting……So I’m off to my adventure!!

In The Studio
This is the last of the collections debuting on Dec 26. This one is not a colour collection like the previously ones and it focuses on tools to complete the neutral looks. It’s slated for a January 2010 release internationally.

This is the second holiday collection that is coming out on December 26th in North America. There are actually quite a few repromotes and permanent colours in this collection including 2N and 3N lipglasses that came out a few years ago with the very popular N/Naked collection. Here’s some information for one of the collections coming out this week. It reminds me a lot of the Chill collection from Dec 2008. It’s being released in stores and counters on Dec.26 in the US and in Jan 2010 internationally. It seems to be very neutral, with a lot of basics, nudes, taupes with a touch of colour with the blues. Good colours for an everyday, wintertime look or an evening smokey eye.

Another M.A.C. post. Here’s a peek into the new ad for the Viva Glam Campaign. As you know, 100% of the proceeds from the sale of Viva Glam products benefit the M.A.C. AIDS Fund. M.A.C. has always come out with some great print ads and this one does not disappoint! There will be two new lipsticks in the “From Our Lips” campaign and they will be available from March 18th in the North American region and worldwide later than month.
