I hope that you having an amazing time with family and friends!  I have been thoroughly enjoying all the baking and cooking going on!  My Mum even made toolum (which is a traditional Trinbagonian candy made of molasses, flaked coconut and sugar).  Yum!!

I made oatmeal cookies for the first time in ages! And the drink of the season has been sorrel (which is called hibiscus, bissap or karkadey in other countries).  We drink ours like a juice as opposed to a tea.
