Allyuh know who Sam Fine is?? He is a legend and pioneer in the makeup industry and has worked on pretty much every woman of colour out there, from Iman, Nancy Wilson, Naomi Campbell and Ru Paul to Tyra Banks, Mary J. Blige and Queen Latifah. As a matter of fact, the very first makeup book that I bought was his, Fine Beauty.
When none of the mainstream prestige companies made makeup for women of colour, Fashion Fair was there. It was the first brand many people bought, often through generations of women.

In his new role as Creative Makeup Director, Fine, a 20 year makeup artist veteran, will apply his accumulated artistic acumen and fuse it with Fashion Fair’s brand DNA, to advise on the creation of new products, enrich its color palette and make in-store appearances. In 2012, Fashion Fair will unveil Sam Fine for Fashion Fair trend collections, starting spring 2012. |
