New colour pencils on the block from OCC for Spring 2014!

Have you ever imagined your favourite lip tar as a pencil? Well you are in luck! For 2014, the gurus at OCC have created pencils that coordinate or match exactly with many of their most coveted, cult-favoured Lip Tars. They have also included an Anti-Feathered Colour Pencil, which is colourless and can be used as  a base or primer for the lips!  Best of all, many of these pencils can be used on both eyes and lips!
