I found myself with lots of time as I was house-bound because of a hurricane called Sandy.  I am not really a Halloween person but decided to paint up the nails in honour of the day!

Halloween nails!

I was surprised at how nice this base colour was on me.  Looking at it in the bottle, I was not too keen on it, and I thought it would have clashed with my skintone, but it didn’t!  It was almost like a neutral on me.  It is Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics’ (OCC) Jack O, which was a limited edition colour that came out last year.  It is the EXACT colour of pumpkin, a brown toned orange.  Not too bright and it perfectly suited to all things fall!!!  I used a dotting tool to create different sized dots and for those I used: Illamasqua Load (cream), OCC Tarred (black), OCC NSFW (red), Sephora by OPI Worth My Weight (gold glitter).  It almost has a vintage tweed/wool plaid feel to it!

While out trick or treating, remember all those affected by Hurricane Sandy!

Happy Halloween!!!
