Yes, ah seein’ blue!!! Maybelline is the official makeup sponsor for Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week and they have brought out a limited edition coloured mascara collection. All vibrants!! The deep blue one, caught my eye!!! They also have purple, green, teal and other colours but……the shade “I See Blue” was it!!

Again, don’t like the wand for the original but the pigmentation is wonderful! I love a coloured mascara to have a little fun with makeup and change up the look, but since I’m not wearing green lashes everyday, I don’t want to spend $30 for a high-end mascara.

I grabbed this up, as it seems to be the most popular of the colours. They are available at drugstores, but when they are done, that’s it! Check out my swatches below.

This is a really great formula, the pigmentation is so rich and vibrant! And to make it stand out even more, layer a black mascara underneath, as a white primer tends to wash the colour out. This gets an A in my book. Maybelline should seriously make this a permanent item, or at least bring this out more often than once a year!
