By far one of the most popular eye shadow primers on the market is the Urban Decay Primer Potion. They have a cult following and their product is actually really good!! As many tubes of UDPP that are out there, there are just as many videos on YouTube with people complaining about the shape of the tube.
You see, UDPP comes in a fancy, curvy tube and there is a ton of product hiding out in all those nooks.

There are lots of tutorials showing how to cut the tube to scoop out the product that you thought was done. I am one person that refused to go through all that drama. I instead bought Too Faced Shadow Insurance.

I think that there is something for everyone. The colours are very wearable and not too warm or too cool. The limited edition packaging is really beautiful with at least 4 different colours/designs. Shadows came in bright avocado green cases with a cream seashell on the cover, the blushes and the highlight powder came in deep olive green casing, the bronzers, lipsticks and lipglosses came in deep orange cases with cream starfish and the eye and lip pencils were white with a coral design. Another collection with special edition packaging!! Now this is the one that I’ve been waiting all year for!!!! I am a sucka for packaging and I don’t think this one will disappoint! The blogosphere has been abuzz for months about the bluish-greenish nail lacquer, Blue India and you know I have to add that to my collection!!!!!!:-) I also did not get the Dirty Plum blush from the Riveting collection (even though it is a PRO colour) just so that I could get it from the this collection. I love the white background with the bright bird motif! I would love to get the scarf too, but…….it will literally break my bank and I have to get some stuff from the To The Beach collection coming out in May. Swatches to come!
